The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owner of 819 West 4th Street would like to construct a detached 8’ x 12’ utility shed in the back yard of their property at a setback of three feet and six inches (3’-6”) from the east side property line. The construction of the utility shed at the proposed location would require a variance of four feet and six inches (4’-6”) to exceed the minimum side yard building setback of eight feet (8’) as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations.
 
The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owners of 1054 Old Highway 51 would like to install a four foot (4’) high chain-link fence within the front yard of their property at setback of foot (1’) from their front (Old Highway 51) property line. The installation of a chain-link fence within the front yard setback area would require a variance of seventeen feet (17’) as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. The Zoning Board of Appeals may act upon the variance request following the public hearing. The public is encouraged to attend the public hearing.
 
Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the City of Mosinee has scheduled a Public Hearing for Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to receive testimony on a request from Dean Prohaska to rezone two (2) parcels located in the 700 Block of Maple Ridge Road from R-5 Agricultural & Estate District to the R-4 General Residence District. Notice is also hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Mosinee has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, March 13, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. to receive testimony on the request from Dean Prohaska to rezone the two parcels located in located in the 700 Block of Maple Ridge Road from R-5 Agricultural & Estate District to the R-4 General Residence District. If approved, the proposed rezoning of the two parcels would then allow the applicant to submit plans (at a future date) for the construction of multiple-family residential units on the subject parcels.
 
The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owners of 207 Buchanan Street would like to construct an approximate 12’ x 40’ garage addition on the northeast side of their home at a setback of six inches (6”) from the east side property line and at a setback of twenty-nine (29’) from the rear (north) property line. The construction of the proposed attached garage addition would require a variance of seven feet and six inches (7’-6”) to exceed the minimum side yard building setback requirement of eight feet (8’) and a variance of one foot (1’) to exceed the minimum rear yard building setback requirement of thirty feet (30’) as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. The Zoning Board of Appeals may act upon the variance request following the public hearing.
