Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street, a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2017 Budget of the City of Mosinee will be held. The proposed 2017 Budget in detail is available for inspection at the City Clerk/Treasurer's office (225 Main Street) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 11/10/2016
Legal Notice CITY OF MOSINEE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owner of 705 7th Street would like to construct an approximate 26’ x 30’ detached garage in the back yard of his home at a setback of two feet (2’) from the north side property line. The construction of the proposed detached garage would require a variance of six feet (6’) to exceed the minimum side yard setback requirement of eight feet (8’) as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. The Zoning Board of Appeals may act upon the variance request following the public hearing. The public is encouraged to attend the public hearing. Legal Notice CITY OF MOSINEE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owner of 1219 Main Street would like to construct a 14’ x 24’ detached garage in the rear yard of their property. The construction of a sixth (6th) accessory building on the 3.1-acre property would require a variance to exceed the maximum limit of two (2) accessory buildings that are permitted on a residential lot as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. The Zoning Board of Appeals may act upon the variance request following the public hearing. The public is encouraged to attend the public hearing.
