Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the City of Mosinee has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, July 9, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. to receive testimony and consider the following Land Use Review application request: Samuel Wesley has filed an application requesting a Conditional Use Permit under Section 42-422 of the City’s Land Use Regulations that would allow him to establish a commercial automotive washing & detailing garage use in the rear of the existing building located at 1204 Western Avenue. The subject building is located within the City’s B-2 Community Service Zoning District and the City’s Land Use Regulations require the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for a car wash & automotive servicing garage use. Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the City of Mosinee Plan Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, July 9, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. to receive testimony pertaining to the following Land Use Review application request: A&D Contractors, LLC. has filed an application requesting an Amended Conditional Use Permit under Section 42-242 of the City’s Land Use Regulations that would allow the property owner to construct six (6) twelve-unit multifamily apartment buildings on their parcel located in the 700 Block of Maple Ridge Road, which is within the City’s R-4 General Residence Zoning District. The property owner currently has a Conditional Use Permit to construct four (5) twelve-unit multifamily apartment buildings on this Phase II parcel of the Maple Ridge Estates Planned Unit Development. Legal Notice The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owner of 1207 Pasha Avenue would like to install a new (to replace existing) six-foot (6’) high vinyl privacy fence located in the back yard of their property at setback of five feet (5’) from the Maple Street corner side yard property line and at a setback of zero feet (0’) from the rear property line. The installation of the new privacy fence as proposed will require a setback variance of seven feet (7’) from the Maple Street corner side yard property line and a setback variance of three feet (3’) from the rear property line as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. 6/14/2018
Legal Notice The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Mosinee City Hall, 225 Main Street to consider the following variance application: The property owner of 307 Water Street would like to install a six-foot (6’) high privacy fence on the south side yard of their property at setback of zero feet (0’) from their side property line. The installation of the new privacy fence as proposed will require a setback variance of three feet (3’) from the side property line as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the City of Mosinee Plan Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to receive testimony pertaining to a proposed ordinance that would amend Section 42-1379 of Division 2, Article VI, Chapter 42 – Land Use Regulations of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Mosinee pertaining to Exterior Building Requirements. If approved, the ordinance would further clarify that damaged or aged roofing materials on a building must either be repaired or replaced when warranted. It is anticipated that following the public hearing, the Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the City of Mosinee Common Council, pertaining to the above referenced exterior building requirement amendment. 2/23/2018
Legal Notice The City of Mosinee Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the Mosinee City Hall (225 Main Street) to consider the following variance application: The property owner of 1111 Western Avenue would like to construct a 30’ x 50’ addition on the north side of their existing detached garage at a setback of five feet (5’) from the east side property line. The construction of the proposed detached garage addition would require a variance of three feet (3’) to exceed the minimum side yard building setback requirement of eight feet (8’) as stipulated in the City’s Land Use Regulations. The Zoning Board of Appeals may act upon the variance request following the public hearing. The public is encouraged to attend the public hearing. 2/15/2018
